The only change in my business is having serious buyers right now, which is a pleasure.  I have implemented strict respect for the homeowner's well being as well as my buyer's safety when showing a home.  Masks and hand sanitizer are a must!

Well back handedly, this Covid 19 situation has been a boom for the hemp industry as more and more  clients are seeing the high efficacious  tinctures, edibles, CBD, CBDa, medical cannabis, and Many fine non CBD products. All derived from wild crafted foods, earthen derived clays, tinctures and natural herbs for both people and their pets This unique business opportunity is offering many a viable option to have the expendable income they so desperately need to perhaps keep the lights on and secure the communal advertising we are trying to establish. Hope this helps a bit? BH

We recognize things are different.  People are having less time and opportunities to still produce at the same level as pre covid, or are trying to make up for the shut down.

We are being pro active in using reminder text emails about appointments.  Offering 0% financing as money is still tight and a large portion of our work is un expected.  Historically during a recession many repairs are put off and they become emergencies.  Also at the conclusion of a job we send a hand written thank you note.  Seems to be going a long way

I agree with those of you that have sought different ways to reach customers within the confines of the Pandemic.  Realistically, whether you believe its "real" or not does not change a thing. We still have to contend with the consequences of the Pandemic and make the best of it if we want our businesses to survive. I am doing almost everything virtually and as many of you have stated, it has proven to be more efficient for my clients and for me as well.  To some degree, I wonder if business people don't return all calls because they get so many and many have less staff to assist with such calls.  It is not an ideal situation, that is certain.  But maybe it will help us to become more agile in our marketing efforts.

I am a clinical psychologist, so I had to engage in some "risk management" tasks before allowing clients to return to the office. This included things such as developing a safety plan, developing a special consent form for clients to return to in-person care, providing hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes on site, purchasing a HEPA filter for my office alongst other things.

We are buried.  Many clients and borrowers are in crisis mode and need help stat.  We are busier than ever.

I am a home-based business. My workshop is at my home. Any sales that I make my clients come to my home to pick up their purchase or view my gallery. Fortunately, most of my supplies can be bought online and delivered to my home which prevents me from having to spend money on gas for my car and keeps me out of crowded stores.

Due to Covid we had to adopt to Telehealth. At first it seemed daunting now it’s become a part of our practice modality. Telehealth has its advantages and disadvantages but has worked during these tumultuous times to keep everyone safe. We in our facility have a dedicated Telehealth room for practitioners to work outside their homes and not be disturbed. In my practice currently I have 70% of my clients come in person and 30% are on Telehealth. We follow all safety guidelines to have clients and practitioners come in to the office.

Those that can are working towards social distancing and PPE to protect themselves and their customers.  For me, I'm working from home in the morning so that I come and go from my office building at off hours to avoid running into too many people.  My business is mainly remote and I've switched to networking on-line.

Made the decision to get with the program (i.e. be COVID19 compliant). Pivot and do the same BUT differently. Be creative/diligent/emitting positive attitude consistently/taking responsibility for ALL and doing 'My Can Do' to help and support.
