At this point recovery is not a realistic timeline, survival is the mode. Doing the work we have effectively to let our clients know we are taking care of them and pampering new clients. The challenge has been the construction permitting entities, they are having a tough time so we have to establish as good of new mode of working with them as possible without face to face opportunities.
With COVID and not being able to go out and recruit in person for resource parents we have been doing a lot of electronically.
Email blast ,joining online groups and a lot of phone calls.
We have partnered with Dhhs and created a online informational video that can be done virtually instead of in person.
What works best for you and your business?

I
I'm listening to the Medical experts not Washington, I send e mail blasts to my customers letting them know I'm here , I appreciate them and miss them . Most of my customers are very long term and none were ever just customers . I do a lot of hotel and timeshare business and 70 % of the department people are still on furlough . I gave an extra 10 % off all orders for 3 months which I've had to refine to 5% off orders over $250.00 and 10% off orders over $500.00 . I was and am getting a lot of small orders and combined with the 20 % I give everyday off MSRP I was losing money . I have a separate promotional (click on ) that offers hundreds of thousands of promotional items ( spent 30+ years selling only uniforms) and I've added a number of Covid items . Pricing is so hard to keep up with on virus items .
1st of all, we're staying calm. 2nd, we are gathering as much information as we can about the situation. 3rd, We are trying to navigate under the new rules and regulations that are put in front of us for the health care market. We go in to each week knowing that we have a product and service that is much needed and is very comprehensive in cost savings back into the state and federal health care market! The main goal is to push and continue to educate about the services that are rendered into our communities we serve.

We are facing long lead times and fluctuating prices and odd trucking stumbling blocks. In order to combat that we are working extra hard to find available products that are in line with our customers budgets. It takes time but is paying off.
