I have already had Covid myself back in the beginning of February and I always tell my customers about it, so they can feel more comfortable with me working in their homes. We are. Being lied to about this virus. I served six years in the Army and I specialize in chemical and biological warfare. This Virus is no more dangerous than the flu itself. The Viruses of our past were ten times more dangerous than this strain. This is globalization that we are watching. We're in a war and most people are clueless about what is really happening. I pray that people will wake up to reality 🙏 

Since we were locked down, I took advantage of the time to learn a new skill. I’m now offering 3D Virtual Tours for business owners. Now business owners can show their space online using a virtual tour to show customers how they will be safe using social distancing in their space. It also a great way to boost your Google listings. I also upload the virtual tour on Google Street View. Google loves the engagement that a virtual tour offers to the user. I also offer SEO since a lot more people have to shop online so Business’ can get more exposure on Google 

We have been providing free marketing webinars for small business owners most weekdays, to help them pivot during this pandemic.

Our Company has already become expert in the online and phone interviewing process. Candidates for positions with clients are interviewed and all precautions taken before they are placed with a client. 

Many of the local businesses are complying with our State regulations so it has been better to bring back the work force than in other states. However, that being said many clients have went to virtual office and can do more with less.  Manufacturing due to the closeness of the workers has cut shifts so we have had fewer requests than normal. 

This will get better as we all follow procedure. It may be here a while.

Quite simply we are following the state guidelines and using common sense which indicates that they fatality of this pandemic has been blown out of proportion. I feel that if millions of grocery store who have been working throughout this whole pandemic has made it through alive then that's the path I'll take. For the concerns of my customers extra precautions are taken for people in the high risk category.

Small business in Florida keep their employees working through the COVID-19 pandemic.

This is how they do it.

Urban E Recycling is considered a waste company, and no doubt they are. The company handles e-waste and recycles the end-of-life electronics to earth elements. That is the first of the keys to why. E-waste is an essential business. This doesn’t mean it wasn’t tough for the first few months. Most of their clients are closed, or at least the employees are staying home to work.

The second reason is the company chooses to be HIPAA Complaint since the beginning, The fact that they are HIPAA Compliant means they are able to take care of the hospitals and emergency care facilities and other essential businesses. In fact, the Advent Health System keeping them busy as we speak.

The third reason is, they are prepared. Actually, in 2018, they hurricane left them with no electricity for ten days. After they successfully got through those days, COVID-19 didn’t seem so daunting. The management team quickly got online with the CDC, Centers for Disease Control, and found out what they recommend. This is a daily routine.

The fourth reason is the facility. Fortunately they have a 27,000 square foot facility. The employees can easily be space six feet or more from each other. They are required to wear masks and temperature is taken at arrival. They were able to change the model slightly, disallowing guests to be touring the facility. Watch the hard drives being shredded is no longer a practice. The basic model still remains the same. When the pandemic is over, who knows what changes need to come about.

The fifth reason, they applied for the PPP loan and was approved quickly, thanks to Hanisha Patel and the CenterState Bank. They could have survived without it, but it would have been very tough for a small business with 22 employees. The owners didn’t take a paycheck for some time to lighten the payroll load.

To go over the five key reasons this particular small business is able to keep employees working is:

1. They are an essential business.

2. They are HIPAA Compliant and able to serve medical facilities large and small.

3. They are prepared.

4. They have the ability to separate employees within their facility as required by the CDC.

5. They were prepared and prompt to handle payroll.

 During Covid our normal face to face meeting have moved to having our trainings and meetings online, with also inviting those looking for an opportunity for business as well. We are an Online Corporation as is so being able to meet people where they are at is imperative. We invite our customers to meet over zoom, email, and phone.

This pandemic situation created a lot of controversies and also fear. Fear lower the body frequency and it lowers the immune system. And people started to realize that maybe health is indeed linked to spirituality and there is more to it. Even though Light and Sound and energy frequency have been known in ancient times, many people are rediscovering it. 

And I have written specifically a series of writing that is designed to assist, awaken, and help to grow spiritually. These series are Galactic lessons that will open up the reader's consciousness while expanding its mind. This will get you into a new level of awareness in the comfort of your home.

Well, we are treading water but as we keep our heads above I see a glimpse of HOPE.  We have diverted a few things in our non-profit to keep the doors open.  We are moving ahead on our Annual Golf Tournament & Silent Auction that we hold every year.  This is our largest fundraising event that bring in the majority of our funds as far as event.  The grants have almost dried up until next year. We will be hosting our annual symposium virtually so hopefully that will be a success.

Business goes on.    Safety of my customer is number one.    If they are interest on a property I will Preview the property for them and do a showtime for them that way they can see the home .     after we narrow down we then arrange a visit.   Property are moving so quick sometimes we don't have any chance at all.
