I am President of The Women's Council of REALTORS, Rochester, as well as participating in The REALTORS Charitable Foundation and the SU Alumni Club--so primarily networking and being responsive to clients. Obviously, personal referrals are the ultimate. I have not yet hopped on board with paying for leads--I have not found a productive, reliable lead service.
I make sure to post my various certifications and logos, including being a Certified Woman Woman company, on my advertisements and on my social media pages. I also make sure I maintain a consistent social media presence, staying in front of existing and potential clients.
I have put together a report on 50+ Ways to Get New Clients. If anyone would like it, please send me your email address and I will send it to you free of charge.
Funny you should ask. I happen to be in TX assisting my mother who is on hospice. I have placed my clients in good hands for the months I am away. The challenge will not be getting my clients back, it will be establishing my presence in the industry. Thank you for asking.
We get out into the communities we serve and educate those who are not familiar with our programs about our service details. We utilize social media resources, website updated to include current events and options for services. We also add quality assurance safeguards to offer a better more comprehensive service to the disabled population. We need to stand above the competitors!
