The lack of face to face interaction with clients and customers has left SMBs needing a great CRM tool. Can you suggest some CRMs that are easy to learn and geared toward small businesses? In your opinion, what are the most user and budget friendly?

It depends on the business and the industry. not all CRM's work for each business.
I use Kajabi and love it. I currently used constant contact and Convert Kit. I have used Hubspot with clients and didn't care for it. Great if you have a large team.

Many CRMs have their pros and cons. You'd just need to pick one and stick to it ;-) I personally started with Mailchimp and you could be on a free plan for a while depending on your needs and a client base size. I've heard good things about MailerLite and ConvertKit. I now use Kajabi which is an all-in-one platform. I host my website, lead magnets, membership, and email marketing, and now in a Beta Group for the creator studio which helps you work with your video content.
It will be whichever one you use! I personally use Go High Level because of the advanced automation functions of the system.
