The lack of face to face interaction with clients and customers has left SMBs needing a great CRM tool. Can you suggest some CRMs that are easy to learn and geared toward small businesses? In your opinion, what are the most user and budget friendly?

I use Dubsado.
By far SuiteDash is my favorite CRM. I have tried a lot but it is my favorite. I have referral link if anyone wants it.

My team uses Pipedrive. We're having a great experience being able to attibute where our ad spend is best utilized. It's also very flexible in terms of customizing contact/deal pages.
Zoho has been great for our team and will give you a low cost option to grow.
Zoho is a great tool and scales with your business. It also fully integrates with Outlook and other MS Office tools.
