What is the best way you give back to your clients or customers during the Holiday's?
Here at Safe Money Retirement Solutions, we give out Holiday pies to all clients and or prospects that are about to be clients. We also do client events where we rent a bus and they can bring friends or family. The whole night is on us and just a fun time to get away for a few hours.

Be promt to answer their calls or return if you should miss them. Then go service their needs if you are able.
The Holidays are a stressful time, and I don't wish to add to that stress by expecting them to attend an(other) event. Instead I like to offer QUICK freebie mini-sessions that provide them with tips, techniques and strategies to sustain their energy and uplevel their vitality even through the Holidays. These are delivered as either live or pre-recorded "vitality breaks" that can be scheduled around my clients' busy agendas and that can be implemented anytime!
I give back by being present. What I see are businesses all rushing to pour a lot of resources into cards, baskets, holiday get togethers etc. and the result I witness is a burnout leading up to Christmas. People feel like they need to do more, compete, shine brighter. They distress if they missed out on someone or feel somehow snubbed if they weren't included or got less than another.
I watch this and choose to instead gift time and presence. So many places involved in wellness will close over the holidays....a time arguably when their services are needed most. I make sure to offer some classes or services, free or by donation. Any donations go towards services that are involved in the community or health of our environment. If someone needs a private session I do my best to accommodate them. I listen, I interact, I am happy to see them.
Other than that hugs for everyone and random acts of giving at unexpected times throughout the year. A card unexpectedly received "just because" will be far more treasured than one of a hundred stacked on a shelf.
Happy Holiday Cards with 25% off there next service call / invoice.
i have a friend and associate who sells candy bouquets,,, makes a great gift for customers anytime,,,she makes different themes,,, for your liking,,,molly from sweet sensations,,,xxx-xxx-xxxx,,,
Consider giving a donation to the Non-Profit your customer donates time and energy to.
A heartfelt, written greeting card is a nice touch. I use Send Out Cards.
We are known locally for our blueberries, so at Christmas we give our clients gift baskets from a local business that have a diverse selection of blueberry products.
Being a storage facility we don't have any events. But we do send out Christmas cards to our tenants.
We have not done anything, but that may change in the future.
We’re thinking some random act of kindness that might be different than the typically Christmas or holiday card.
Here are a few thoughts we have tossed around in the past:
- Send a holiday decoration to hang or display in the office
- Send a telegram or singing holiday-gram
- Pay for outside window washing or leaf removal
- Support a cause that they are invested in via volunteer work or donation
