wow that is a VERY broad question. The simple answer would be start something you have experience doing and can think of someway to improve the product or process for the client. The second would be something you love and if that’s the case then get comfortable with success usually taking longer than to plan and make sure you are ready mentally, emotional and financially. If you not business savvy then hire someone to help you when you start to minimize silly (and expensive) mistakes. Hope that helps.

The best way to start a business is to first understand how your concept aligns with your overall mission, vision, and goals; and then do your research on whether or not you will be able to made money from that. if you are unsure or stuck, seek a Business Consultant or development company that provides the training needed to get you started. You can also seek a mentor who can also assist as well. Once you have your business concept finalized, do a Proof of Concept (POC) to test your services/products to a test market and see where it lands. Continue to educate yourself through this process and your business will be successful. Last tip is "pace yourself" All things happen in time, so don't rush to avoid costly mistakes.
Get help to create a general plan for a sustainable business before you start. While it doesn't need to be perfect, it helps to get things close to right from the get go. Find successful people in the same or similar industry, and learn from them. There are many marketing and business specialists that provide coaching for different specialties. Find the one whose plan aligns with your thinking, and make it work for you.

That is a broad question that could have 1,000 answers but in most cases, I would suggest beginning with a business plan. Download a template and do your best to fill it in objectively and thoroughly. Once you think it's as solid as you can make it, invite a small number of advisors who have experience in business leadership, and running their own business to critique it. Prepare yourself that you may not like everything they say, but you should seriously consider their wisdom gained from experience. When your business plan is pretty solid, start ticking off the boxes of things you'll need to do to get off the ground such as registering your business, finding an accountant, getting a mailing address, etc.
The 3 P's... Passion, Planning and Position You must love what you do and have a plan in writing and follow it. Then position yourself around positive influences, other people in your field, organization and have a peer that can guide you along the way.
there will be stepping stones.but if you stick to the 3p's you will keep your direction.
Have a solid plan a better product, good support team and a work ethic to match. If you are not willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved get another job.
