My most favorite company party is a company Christmas party that the employer cares enough about his employees to, (in the spirit of Christmas), let his employees know they are great fully appreciated. By this I mean hosting the event away from the office, catered with Christmas decor, dancing, and fellowship, along with words of thanks for all they do and donated gifts for giving. That type of company party is the best feeling company event to work and witness. This is not practiced and given by many employers anymore.
Anything where you can dress up, but still have fun. I went to one in a fancy setting where there were photo props, dancing, karaoke, but yet an incredible spread of catered Christmas food.
At another, in a tree lit home, it was a more casual meet and greet with areas of the home for chatting, pool table tournaments and again, delicious foods

I open the doors at our farm, about two weeks before Christmas, inviting all who can come for a wonderful pot luck dinner, and great energy! It's become a tradition, and we all look forward to it. Those who come contribute toward the pot luck, and there is no expectation, or RSVP required. It's a great way to slow down, in an otherwise crazy, hectic time of year.
Like my children, they are all my favorite although some behave better than others at times ;) A bit more seriously, as a creative I prefer parties that are not all about the food. Food is wonderful but it only accounts for a small part of the evening. Without something to carry through the whole event, people just leave after the meal.
Hi Derek, we really don't have a favorite company party. In our eyes every event weather a corporate seminar, collaboration or holiday party are all equally embraced.
Our enjoyment comes from providing our clients with the necessary components for a successful event.

I have worked with several over the years and don't really have a favorite.
I really enjoy company parties that incorporate a theme that encourages costume crowd participation.
