TV has been the most productive in dollars spent per new patient. Time slots in mid-day and late night are fairly cheap.
Because we are a nonprofit, doing home health and hospice, marketing to hospital discharge planners is our big effort. we are pretty unique so I am not sure my answers can help you
For me, word of mouth has been my best form of advertising. It works well because it's perpetual moving forward, and it's free. I slso use Facebook and I have a website. I always say 'treat your customers well, do a great job and new customers will find you'.

Not completely clear on your question as patients and customers are often the same. Best marketing sources have been social media and cold calling
I find word of mouth to be the best.
Treat people well and go that extra mile for them and people will find you. Social media is also very good.
