I'm so glad that you asked me that question. I have the opportunity to answer a wide variety of UAV/UAS ( Drone/ drone system) questions and it is easier to answer a specific sector than the broad spectrum.
The use of high def aerial photos and indoor HDR photography is magnitudes better than the average agent using conventional or "cell phone" pics. Commercial buyers are usually quick decision makers. The better your initial impact is the more likely they will be to keep you in mind. First: Aerial photography gives a "Majestic" view of the property and leads the mind to a greater perception of value. (resulting in an average of %5.25 higher selling prices) Showing a property to a buyer ,that is out of town or out of state, aerial photos allows the buyer to get a lay of the land that is completely unavailable to your ground pics agent with competing properties. If a commercial buyer wants to put in a "Dollar General", They are going to want more than what google earth shows. Secondly: HDR photography means High Dynamic Range. Normal photography usually focuses on one item and the rest of the shot relies on the one view setting. HDR allows the camera to take three to five simultaneous exposures and combines them to show more of what the human eye naturally sees. If you see a pic that the windows are all glared out and the back wall looks fuzzy, that's not HDR. The room, dinning table, and the patio furniture outside the sliding glass door are all in focus, PLUS the lake... Now that is what you get with indoor HDR photography. If they are a house flipper you will catch them faster than the cell phone pic guy.
Commercial Buyers are busy and are not going to check out every property that is sent to their desk. Providing them with some jaw-dropping HDR pics and Aerials is going to cut you out of the boring crowd. Commercial sellers will quickly come to seek your services, as well, once they see how fast you sell properties to other commercial buyers. (The same study that showed the increased sale price says that properties,ON AVERAGE, sells %30 faster with aerial and HDR photos.)
I hope this helps. I will look for a part 107 FAA registered pilot in your area if you want me to. I'm glad to help if you have any other questions regarding aerials.
