You may also consider contacting local limousine companies, hotel guest services to let them know what services you're offering. Oftentimes I've found that limo companies refer clients to alternative providers when they're booked up.

If you do only party buses, you have to create a professional website only for party bus service and quite frankly that is very easy to advertise if you only advertising one thing "Party Buses". You also have to present yourself to local venues and that is a very good and inexpensive way to do that
