There will always be another company selling the same products and possibly for less. We cannot control other people, places, or things. What I can control is customer service, employee attitudes, services, shipping and to do it above and beyond.
So if anyone is like myself, In terms of being a consumer, better price or better customer service doesn't always convert to a purchase or a "Repeat Customer". These are things that initially catch your attention and get you to purchase. But the quality of the purchase" supersedes them both. When I say quality of purchase I mean that in multiple ways. 1, being quality feeling that I have been sold exactly what I'm in need of at a fair price. 2, The quality of the item or lack thereof from that particular store or chain. In other words be sure that you are obtaining or making premium quality products for your clientele! This combined with great customer service, I'll spend top dollar for everytime!

We maintain this exclusivity with market scrutiny and if there is any violation...we sue them, be they corporation or individual.
I think it's important to build relationships with your clients that reach beyond similar offerings. A relationship means your friend is backing their promises to deliver quality, not just close another deal. That means everything in such a competitive atmosphere.
