I usually go for puppy kisses. They are highly encouraging!! :

just like life, right? You can dwell and mope and give up... or you can pick your head up, re-visit your goals, make a plan and get moving. I find it helpful to make a gratitude list as well. It helps me to change my thinking.

Stay focused on your goals and surround yourself with those that are supportive of your vision. There is a lot of negativity, and that energy can be very draining. Continue on and don’t look back

Me and God have this little arrangement. If he wakes me up to see another day, I promise to try and be better than I was yesterday. When frustrations with clients, interruptions by many continue, I always pray to have eyes that see the best in people, a heart that forgives the worst, a mind that forgets the bad and a soul that never loses faith in God. I hope this helps you!

Ever walk through a cancer wing of a hospital? I have. There you see young, old and everyone in between looking for an answer to their malady. Some that exhibit hope seem to get better than those that simply have given up.All would trade places with you for you seem ok,or at least better than they are. We all get knocked down but to quote John Cena,a professional wrestler,"I'm in the getting up business". If you do not feel you are making a difference, take a walk and visit the other side.To someone who is truly "down",you could be that life line that makes them feel like a million.Choose! Be an encouragement to someone else or a victim to your own emotions.

Sometimes there is a very easy fix: Take a break, do something fun. Relax and re-focus. Think about the things you already accomplished, evaluate how you achieved the goals and think about what you could have done better and what you can change to the better.
If you focus on the the flaws, you get lost in misery and get your self down.

Inspiration? Well, sometimes it is as easy as talking to your clients and most importantly listen. Listen to what they would like and see if you can help them.
Keep in mind how lucky you are compared to people with challenges of all sorts. Nobody comes without a challenge of some sort.
My inspiration are my two children. My wife has Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease and needs help - a lot of help with the basic stuff like getting dressed, using a phone, eating ... My kids for 95% don't complain about it. Since we moved from Europe to the US, we do not have a network of family members and friends to help us. My kids and I wing it and grew a lot closer through the bad situation we are in. You have to see the good in the bad.
When I look at the glass, it's half-full and not half-empty.

So, if you don't succeed at once, don't sweat it. If you are getting frustrated, take a break and distract yourself from the problem ahead of you. Once you start again to think about a solution for whatever problem you have, you will get further. And if you need to repeat these steps several times to achieve your goal, don't worry. Everybody has to do it - Nobody is perfect

When I am presented with business frustrations I find the answers and my motivation restored by simply being in the presence of my greatest teacher......my horses.

As a trainer and Instructor I am always helping my human clients to see the value in being in the presence of their horse. The horse has taught me to live in each moment and to find the perspective I often need in order to keep my passion for this work alive!!

The simplicity which they possess is just what I need to navigate thru the maze of the Business aspect of my work.

When the going gets tough the tough get going, Press on
