We provide creative financing for real estate through our network of lenders. We have hundreds of lenders available. So while I can not guarantee I am the lowest cost lender out there, I am more likely to find a less expensive lender than you. Also if the first lender turns down the loan, you do not have to re-apply, I can just go to the next lender.

On the on the other hand if I were doing it for myself, I would either hire a paralegal, but more likely I would just go to the website for the Secretary of State and set one up. I noticed someone saying a CPA, while I have seen CPA's doing this, they really are not licensed for that, though I have seen CPA's who were very effective at doing these kind of things.

This is not too expensive money and and usually is less expensive than unsecured. Another option is SBA loans. After that the world turns ugly for a business person. Factoring and or revenue based lending, like lending against your credit card receipts and future receipts, this is very pricey. Worst of the worst are unsecured lending companies like Loanme and Rise Financial who routinely charge 150% or more, though some revenue based lending is actually worse. Sit down and figure the cost of doing these loans. I can arrange most of these types of loans for you, or direct you to where to get them. I would systematically send out post cards to the surrounding homes, that would offer one week free membership. I would only do a certain amount though, you do not want to have too many people in the gym, which could keep people from signing up.
