In a previous company, I had the problem of a person in my personal life posting a false negative review of my business at the time. I tried unsuccessfully for weeks ( which became months ) to get Google to remove the review because I did not even service that state. Eventually, I had to re-brand entirely. So, I am wary of personal issues that can complicate business, and I worry about the impact of social media.
