We have yet to suffer with much of the expected "teenage" stereotypes. I attribute much of this to the skills and insight that I learned from David during the time he was her teacher. He was not my son's teacher, but the parenting coaching he gave me has also blessed my son so much who recently graduated high-school after having so much trouble in school as a special needs kid. Much of my success as a parent, and my kid's success as confident, resilient, compassionate, and capable people are because of things we carried forth built on the early childhood foundation that I credit David for helping me to build. David is an extraordinary teacher and human being for whom I am deeply and abidingly grateful."
