I like giving my clients a closing gifts. Depending on the client on what I give. I've ordered door mats with their name or initial. If the house needs some work, a gift card to Lowe's or Home Depot. I'm also a Thirty One Consultant, so I will order a large utility tote with their first names or last name, and fill it with paper goods so it's handy on moving day.
