We are a conference and event center in a pretty typical building.  Nothing special to set up apart there.  I think where we really excel is in our food and beverage.  Our menu is simple but our chef's go above and beyond to ensure that our food is phenomenal each and every time.  We are always getting word of mouth recommendations based on meals clients have had with us previously.
