How We Got Started

We started out 13 years ago as a Professional Coaching Training company. Since 2016 we're taking professional coaching skills and applying them to managers, because management is the most important capability an organization has. When managers move from managing work, to developing and coaching people, Real Retention happens. We call it, moving from 'boss' to 'coach.'
