14 years ago Dwell House opened its doors in Phoenix, Arizona offering real estate sales and home staging services. Since 2007, we have moved to Oregon, opened our doors again and are here to offer more services and products to assist you in the homes selling and purchasing process.

Home staging is an appeal to the emotional connection created between people and spaces. When all of our senses are engaged: smells, design, lighting, texture our mind agrees with the surroundings. How do you feel when you walk in a model home? Could you see yourself living there? Why? The psychology behind our home purchasing decisions often comes from the way we feel inside a space, add good marketing photos with great lighting and we can virtually create that same impression.
