How We Got Started
John Shaw started out company back in 1987. He was unemployed at the time and was applying for work when he noticed how dirty the interviewers office was
He asked if they would contract with him to clean their offices. If they where not satisfied with his cleaning They would not have to pay the bill. The company was happy ans referred John to another business and the rest is history.
Today we service over 200 customers from Medford to South Seattle. We still guarantee our work, just as John Shaw did. At Unequalled Janitorial we do "Earn Our Name Daily".

I usually just email them a statement and ask that the past due amounts be caught up. If that does not get a reply I will call them and just ask when we should be expecting Payment. I mention that we can take a credit card if that is easier for them. In the past I will let a customer go 60 days...

In the past I will let a customer go 60 days and then I will send them a notice letting them know that we are a small company and we can not afford to cover payroll for 3 months without payment. If Payment is not received by the end of the week we will have to suspend services until payment is received. Do not ever fear losing a client because you are asking to be paid for the work you provided.

We lost a couple of large contracts this last year and though we replaced some of the revenue, we are still tredding water and being cautious about spending money. I am setting my sights on a Summer party instead.
