What closing gifts do you give? And, why?

depends on the sale... my favorite is  address  return mail  labels. Personalized creative  .. everyone loves them!!!

I usually give a gift card to a local restaurant or sometimes Home Depot along with a plant or bottle of champagne depending on the buyer.

I give a Cutco knife-it’s quality and it’s in the home as a useful reminder every time they use it. 

I give Happy Wax melters.  https://happywax.com/  They are a Durham based company and make their fragrance wax in North Carolina.

We always give a personalized closing basket  to our clients. We like to get to know them and get something that they can use or has a sentimental  meaning. 

I have an artist that draws a picture of my buyers new home and I frame it and put "Their Name new Home! They love it and then I may give a gift card and/or a bottle of their favorite wine...

Something they really need for their new home, but within a budget. it is nice to see them happy and satisfied with  the price they sold/ buy. 

I use a network partner and send Scent warmers and wax. It supports a network partner and makes a great housewarming gift.

depends on client.  Some I give a pretty plant and stand.  Some a gift card to Lowe’s,  some a dinner out. Always the same value. 100.00. That’s it!
