It started with pet grooming & nails etc. while attending university at U of G. Now I do multiple services including some property management, pet sitting, some airport runs & a few other things.

I am a senior & believe about a third of my income used to be from in home pet sitting (I do multiple services), but since few people are going away, income is in greater shortage. I also make once or twice/day check ins for cats, birds, reptiles etc.. This is the first Christmas in 8 years that I have absolutely no animals to look after! Hardly anyone is going to the airport either because I also do drop offs & pickups!
When people make a request of my services, & I am able to provide them, I don't think of it as "closing the deal!" We just make the arrangements.

If you are referring to a relationship with other businesses, that doesn't apply to me. If it's regarding my relationship to my various clients, well, if they no longer want me to pet sit for them (excluding when the animal has died) then they would no longer call me. That's very rare. If for...

If for airport runs etc., I receive calls from the same people I have picked up or driven for years. If someone doesn't find it works for them then that's fine with me. I still do property management for people I have worked with for years with exception of some who sold their house. I leave it up to to the individuals of course.
