If you are referring to a relationship with other businesses, that doesn't apply to me. If it's regarding my relationship to my various clients, well, if they no longer want me to pet sit for them (excluding when the animal has died) then they would no longer call me. That's very rare. If for airport runs etc., I receive calls from the same people I have picked up or driven for years. If someone doesn't find it works for them then that's fine with me. I still do property management for people I have worked with for years with exception of some who sold their house. I leave it up to to the individuals of course.
