I am a resident of Helena, AL with my wife of 32 years and high school sweetheart Debbie. We have 2 daughters, Ashley (30) and Kristen (27) and one grandson Joshua (6). Prior to opening my coaching business, I was a versatile executive and accomplished management professional with over 30 years of progressive leadership and expertise in corporate training programs, banking, IT and software implementation. My background includes positions with multiple responsibilities in banks and with providers of technical products for financial institutions. During that time, I specialized in overseeing operations and projects to achieve effective results that drive corporate success and revenue growth through innovative business management techniques.

There are several moving parts to this question. First, interns will work if you are in their specific field but their time will be limited. It really depends on how quickly you need the new employee. There are other resources out there can be effective as well. Staffing agencies have people they... (more) There are several moving parts to this question. First, interns will work if you are in their specific field but their time will be limited. It really depends on how quickly you need the new employee. There are other resources out there can be effective as well. Staffing agencies have people they can place on a temporary basis to either fill a very specific need for a specified amount of time or to place with you on a temporary basis until you feel like you have found the one that fits in with your company and meets your expectations. You can then transition to hire them from the agency. Its a win-win all the way around because the temp agency does all the pre-screening and necessary background checks before they send them to you. If you find this person is not a good fit pretty quickly you just call the agency and tell them to send someone new tomorrow. There are also things you can put in place to assure you are making the right hires for the right job as well. That would be the least expensive and most productive way to go but that takes a bit longer so it depends on what is most important right now. I hope that helps. I use assessments in 5 different sciences depending on the situation. The minimum I wil do is Behaviors and Driving Forces(Motivators) but I also include EQ, Acumen, Competencies if necessary.
