I agree with the HGTV concept of showcasing the potential of the property - Dress for Success!

Buyers today are confirmed and attracted to “Move-in Ready” homes. 

I often hear buyers ruling out a property due to what they believe as being “too much work”, when often the problem is that the space did not show well or just needed a thorough cleaning. Spending the time to “clean up and dress up” (the property) often equates to less time on the market and more money in the seller’s pocket.
