About Us
Home Health Solutions offers a comprehensive array of services to our clients. Clients have the flexibility to schedule care on a full time or part time basis. We offer day, evening and overnight coverage, Hospice care, rehab or short respite care to provide relief on an as needed basis for family.
Skilled Nursing Visit: services included but not limited to medication refills, simple dressings, etc.
At Home Health Solutions, we set ourselves apart by being a locally run business with close ties to the community.

Go directly to your resources. Hospital case managers, Assisted Livings, nursing homes. Now with COVID-19 those resources might be closed for you, but as we open the country go to them. Also make friends with local churches, the folks there know who in the community needs help. There are also private Care Managers who help people privately in their homes with MD appointments and finances, they can refer to you for Home Services. I started a group 17 years ago we meet monthly to refer to each other, check it out www.wmepa.com. You can work with others to start your own group

Communication is key with all referrals. Keeping in touch, answering questions the client/families don't even know to ask.
