We strive to help business owners review and lower their total cost of risk by addressing your actual needs, not just selling a commodity. Capitol Insurance is an independent insurance agency. That means we don’t work for insurance companies, we work for you. Yes, we compare different companies to find your unique coverage needs at affordable prices to ensure you are properly covered, but we go beyond that to help you address your actual issues.

Since the beginning, when Capitol was founded in 1981, it has remained a family owned business. We currently have 11 employees at our office located on the northeast side of Indianapolis. Our team averages over 15 years of risk management experience, with each member attending frequent insurance classes to keep up with industry changes. I would agree that you need both. Both can, and should be able to provide you with leads. However, if you can set up a mutually beneficial relationship with a contact to where they are sending you leads on a regular basis, that could lead to far greater growth. I think anyone's biggest challenge is creating value in the public's, and even employees mind regarding what you do. For any one business, there are countless others that do the same thing. Hi Wanda, good question. There a lot of angles you could take, and many coverages and endorsements that could provide great protection for you.
