People will work for a paycheck, word hard for an idea, and work hardest for a person. Are you creating a culture where people are excited to come to work to do two things:

  • Work to be a benefit to the company (the person leading them)
  • Work to be an asset and advisor to the client
  • Help those two areas and you should see a higher retention.
