The Top 20 Most Trusted Brands by Small Business Owners

We ended Q4 2017 with a record number of ratings, and The SMB Trust Index now tracks 115 brands across 25 categories. For those not familiar with the Trust Index, it works by asking business owners how likely they are to recommend a specific brand to fellow business owners. All ratings are from small businesses based in North America.

Surprised to see YouTube for social/digital marketing. Few companies are properly equipped to leverage that platform for ROI-positive gains.

I would be more interested in Companies that offer a small business discounts or offer growth rather then TRUSTED...all businesses should be trustworthy?
