I live in Missouri and its online site is called “case.net”.  I always search the prospective tenants name to see if they have been sued in a rent and possession action; or if another type of action has been brought against them.  These two areas are free; and a Landlord would be shocked what you can learn about a prospective tenant with just a few “clicks” at your computer.

I agree, you need an office appointment with an attorney in your area.  Many different factors determine whether treatment is available, who pays for the care, and what forum is best for help.   (more) I agree, you need an office appointment with an attorney in your area.  Many different factors determine whether treatment is available, who pays for the care, and what forum is best for help.
