Aloha!  The answer to me, is "NO!"  No, they won't totally leave!  If you say "NO" because you do not want to spread yourself to "thin", then in most cases, the person will understand that you "specialize" in certain areas and that yes, you could do that, but it is not in your certain, repertoire and in turn, you do not want to offer lesser services.

You will secure yourself even more, if you refer the person to the source that they need and that "source" works with you in "co-creating" together!  That way the client will feel part of a "Mastermind" group of people who are concerned for his/companies well being.

Never try to do everything for everyone.  Yes, we would like to feel that we can touch lives everywhere, yet, the most effective way is to be selective and exceed each time you take on a new client!

Aloha and remember, if you "FEEL GOOD" then your clients will even feel better!

Joseph
