Honestly, I feel that my 17 years in Restaurant Management, and a total of 26 years working in the hospitality industry, prepared me to work with all types of people with different personalities, values, morals, and perspectives. So I try to be prepared for anything. I have been fortunate enough to not really have had any bad experiences. The worst thing that has ever happened is I had a client that was preapproved, and I showed them over 15 houses that checked off their wants and needs.  They did NOT purchase the one that they had chosen and decided to stay where they were due to a comment made by the listing agent. **Shrugs** I gained new friends in the ends, and maybe they’ll purchase one day. Yeah...no bad experiences.
