In 1974, Tom Jacka, my father-in-law, started me working in his insurance business.  He taught me many valuable lessons and helped get me started in owning my own business.

Even after he retired to Florida, whenever I would have a challenge, I would think to myself, "What would Tom have done here?"

He was my inspiration and the first person who really gave me a break in business.

Thanks Tom.
