How much time do you spend researching the competition? If you don’t know what you’re up against, how can you convince them to use your product over your competitors?

I am always on the hunt for information on my competition, its fantastic information to have that allows you to see your market and what it will/can bear as price points. If you don't know what your competition is doing/charging how do you know what you may be leaving on the table or why you are not growing as fast. There's a reason they call it industrial espionage,,, its because they are doing research lol. I would start if you are not doing it
