Being a travel agent for many years, my advice to anyone needing hotels, tours, air tickets, car rentals, etc.  is to go to a professional.    We always seek out the best prices and there is always someone available if you run into trouble.    With travel being so complicated nowadays,  a person who makes these arrangements for a living will always haver your best interests in mind.
