I am grappling with this now, but as my service is designed so that repeat dealings with me aren’t necessary, thus a referral fee is what I seem to be left with if I implement something.  My question is, what is the right amount? A percentage of the closed biz or a flat rate Gift Card for say $100?  Any ideas/experience would be appreciated.  Best, Jock
