What Would You Do About a Client That Lied in Review on Google Directory?
Answered by:
In your response, mention their full name, and if they have a business, mention their business name. Eventually they will see their name associated to their bad behavior on Google searches and that will be an incentive to remove the bad review. That's how I got rid of a false bad review. It appeared when people searched their name.

OH GREAT ONE! Never thought of that. He is afraid of bad review, but I can't be like him and be spiteful, so I didn't fight back. I don't want to be like this person. But I could write something professional and mention this business. He gave up the best site that I ever created for a terrible ugly one. However, he enjoyed himself. Adults get bullied too!
I suggest a professional reply that tries to solve the problem... and in the process also mentions the person's name.
