How much time do you spend researching the competition? If you don’t know what you’re up against, how can you convince them to use your product over your competitors?

I don't. I spend time on me, try to learn more, offer free advise and answer to questions. I just try to be someone they would want to choose. My competition. As for looking into competition there are so many of us and each one of us are unique in our own way. I support them all and want all to succeed. It's not a competition.
