It is hard to get the type of people we have on our team- but once you find them we do all we can to keep them (You get what you pay for)! Our team is simply THE BEST! They care about the customers, they work hard, & they go out of their way to help someone in anyway possible (Regardless of if they are our customer or not)

OF COURSE! IF you actually care about the people you are protecting I think customers can tell (it took me quite a long time to find the very best staff, but it was for that main reason- they had to sincerely care about our customers!)! Plus, I think it is very important right now to provide... (more) OF COURSE! IF you actually care about the people you are protecting I think customers can tell (it took me quite a long time to find the very best staff, but it was for that main reason- they had to sincerely care about our customers!)! Plus, I think it is very important right now to provide the highest level of service & value to customers- and doing something (even small) to show a customer you care about them has gone a long way for our agency (We have been holding steady at around 90% customer retention!)!

Indeed has been a good resource for my agency, also if you have current staff- asking them if they know anyone (that actually has been the best resource for me- and they tend to know other people within the industry).
