How do you handle mistakes that you and your customers do not catch until the final job is printed?

I am in this business for more than 15 years but I am care customers for more than 22 years and I think if we made our job well and the customers after the final approval has a mistake I will try to give a hand and fix the problem together, some times it’s better lost some money but not a client
