Yes, you need one. Under your inspection business. Like was said earlier join the local mls or whatever it is, probably cost you 300 bucks yr for membership and key activation. That' one inspection.. no brainer, it will likely get yout listed on some type of handout the local mls distributes....

Besides it also tells your client your a serious professional, not relying on someone else.
