We offer 7 days a week service"
A method that I have found to very useful with my clients is to present your introduction and have someone else then explain to you what you do. This will show what part of your message is truly being conveyed and what, if anything, stands out about you or your business.

As an employer I appreciate the wisdom and experience of the "older" employee. I have found that they are more reliable and the experience can be worth far more than the meager wage they make. Yes, there are hurdles to overcome each time, such as the notion that they know better and they try to take over control. This is often remedied with solid training and on boarding procedures.
We start with the collection letter, then a written demand, and if we have to we will pursue civil claims. I have not yet used a collection agency.
