How We Got Started
My decades of contracting produced increasing requests from clients to look at stuff that didn't seem quite right. As I learned a methodical, inclusive frame for these looks, it became clear that I was performing professional inspections. I was once a teacher (English) and I still see am teaching; only now its the basics of construction science.

Others don protective gear, require clients to meet them after the inspection, and others will only do properties that have been vacant. Inspection is considered an essential industry here and home sales are still being made, albeit at a slower pace. What ever promotions you already have in place will continue to work now and possibly better since some inspectors are temporarily retiring.
As my business has evolved over the last 25 years, so has the internet. These days it is evident that selling my services locally has been usurped by national listing companies that for a price will get me a high seo ranking for a fee. I just want to service my community using the tools...

As my business has evolved over the last 25 years, so has the internet. These days it is evident that selling my services locally has been usurped by national listing companies that for a price will get me a high seo ranking for a fee. I just want to service my community using the tools available, but necessarily must compete with non-local, giant internet entities to gain the attention of my actual local market. This diverts money away from my community to companies that can't seem to get enough. I think that "Buy Local" organizations will prove to be the best way to reclaim the local service market.

Repairs like this are typically stop-gap measures for a specific reason, e.g. leaking. While there are several different types of roofing here, a professional roofer would be better suited to access the longevity of this roof and estimate the cost of recommended repair/replacement procedures. This is clearly beyond the expertise of most home inspectors or Realtors.
A travel consultant will actually save you money and time. They have the expertise to select and choose airlines, auto rental agencies, and accommodations with your cost expectations in mind. And they will do it tons faster than you can.
