Am I the only person who has zero motivation to come home and do more of what I just spent all day doing for others?

It's not lazy. It is important to have a life besides your work. Surely, your home and family are the focus of that other life. Enjoy them, embrace the time away from your occupation, and never regret that.

I agree 101%
You sound just like my cardiologist....and my shrink....and my ex-wife....
I agree with all of you. But - how exactly does that work? It took me 40 years to quit smoking even though I knew quitting was a good idea the day I bought my second pack.
Every year my resolution is to make time for a life. I see that it's about time to tell myself that again.
