Started out as a BBS in the early 90's. Members of the BBS asked if we could fix their computers. From that, Grolen was created.

Well, it's what I do for work. I have backups, and I have backup systems. If my main systems go down, I spin up the backup systems and if possible copy the latest data from the failed system to the backup system, or restore last nights backup to the backup system.

They are not bad questions and depending on how they are answered can reveal a lot. Maybe rephrase them so they are not the obvious boiler plate. For instance maybe change "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" to something like "What are your short/long term goals."

To give your email the best chance of reaching their inbox you will need to use a mailing list provider such as mailchimp.com or constantcontact.com. Even if your email is not spam, sending mail to 1500 addresses is a characteristic of a spammer and will trigger spam detection on many servers...

Even if your email is not spam, sending mail to 1500 addresses is a characteristic of a spammer and will trigger spam detection on many servers especially when it comes from a public email service such as gmail.
It's either simply a corrupt files system, or a corrupt file system due to a failing drive. If it is just a corrupt file system there is good chance recovery is possible via conventional means. If the corruption is a result of a failing drive I can recommend a place.
