About Us
I'm a professional photographer with 37 years of experience with a diverse history in styles of photography. I photograph weddings, sports of all kinds, executive portraiture, fashion, life style and editorial story telling images. I worked as the Staff Photographer at Disney/ABC Television for 7 years and freelanced for them for 20 years before going on staff. I'm now living and working in Menifee and the greater Riverside area. I still go into Los Angeles to cover television productions from time to time. But my heart and business is here in Menifee.

"My wife and I stayed at The Richard Johnston Inn during a vacation to visit family in Virginia. We had a most peaceful and delightful stay. The room was beautiful, warm and comfortable and our breakfast the next morning was delicious. Fredericksburg is a beautiful town with lots of history. When we visit Virginia again, we will be sure to book The Richard Johnston Inn again. "

Everyone is giving some good advice here. As for me, all of my work is registered with the US Patent office with a small image of the photograph. When my work is used without my permission I simply have a cease and desist letter sent and give the offender the option of paying what is fair or they could end up paying me many times that with damages. You can only collect damages if your work is registered. That's an important piece of information that many do not know. If you take Abel advice, let me know. I would be more than happy to do your photo session at my cost. I have been a victim as well of the thieves and malcontents who show no creativity or ambition to do the work, but rather choose to steal from those that work hard for their business and families. Hang in there and follow through and show this person who is the better. Best of luck.

The latest version is 5.0 For other types of photography where I will be doing more intense manipulation of the images, I use Lightroom cc and Photoshop cc. Their are many other software choices out there, but the Adobe suite of software is pretty much the standard by which all others are judged.
My resolution is to learn more about the software I use for my photography. Lightroom, Photoshop and some of the other plug in software I have purchased. I know how to use them effectively now, but their is so much more to these software programs, it's amazing.

Upgrades in my equipment. In Professional Photography the cameras, lenses and lighting equipment technology is always advancing rapidly. Especially this last year with mirror less camera bodies from the three major brands. Canon, Nikon and Sony. Although the camera equipment I now use is up to date and professional. I want to grow my business to the point where I can more easily transition to newer technology that will help me with getting the work done more efficiently and effectively. The more your tools help you the better you can service your clients and give them the highest quality they deserve.
