We do this on a monthly basis and this has been going on now for about 11 years.  It’s very fulfilling and the clients are very appreciative !

Reach out to me directly and I will do all I can to assist you and get you in the right hands with my networking access to other lawyers

I see that I’ve received several votes and if I were to be lucky enough to win  it would give me an opportunity to further advance my idea and ability to help struggling small businesses gain access to free/pro bono  or very low consultations with attorneys that could lend some advice and answer some legal questions without the business having to pay a large consultation fee.  The idea came to me because I do this every month for the last 10 years for the homeless of our community with a  pro bono legal clinic at the Camillus House through lawyers to the rescue, a nonprofit. With this horrible pandemic small businesses have taken a beating and being able to help them by getting answers to legal questions at no or very low cost is my goal and my way of using my 30+ years and connections in the legal field to give back to the community..

It takes many years of hard work and getting excellent results for clients at a reasonable fee but when you do this day in and day out year in and year out it builds a client base  of people who remember you and will refer you to other people and recommend you. I  also find good reviews to be very helpful. All of this can be done without sinking money into SEO or marketing. It’s not the only form, but I think it’s a great one!

You get what you pay for. I will tell clients that if their lawyer shopping based on price alone they will not hire me. Many attorneys cringe at the thought of a client having their personal Cell phone number . Unlike their belief of not having a client able to immediately and directly reach them I believe that my clients should have total access to me 24 / 7 and as such all my clients get my personal cell phone... Without going into too much detail,  if it rises to the level of criminal fraud then it needs to be reported to law enforcement for possible arrest and criminal Prosecution .  If civil ,  then possibilities range from trying to resolve your shortcomings directly with the other party or engaging the services of a civil lawyer to pursue a civil claim in court. That avenue requires numerous considerations including the financial factor of legal fees .   Other middle of the road ideas can include posting some bad reviews to alert others as to what’s going on.....at least in your situation that may prompt the promoter to reach some type of a resolution with you in return for taking down the bad review.   Without digging into the details of your situation, but just looking at it on its face,  it appears to be a civil fraud.  I hope this helps just a little bit ... You need to think out-of-the-box. I agree with the others to focus on your strong points and not your weaknesses. But I find the best form of  marketing for my criminal law and real estate practice is word-of-mouth. Through social media I combine my personal life with my business life and as a result people reach out for me on a daily basis for both my areas of law and real estate and they trust me even though they’ve never met me. Turn your business social media into a business personal angle and start making and interacting with as many friends as you can through social media letting them know what you do.   I’m also going to share with you something which I’m a little uneasy stating but I’m going to be honest. I do a pro bono legal clinic at the homeless shelter every month here in Miami. While turning  yourself around from homelessness is an absolutely phenomenal achievement and I praise you, there are some people who look down on the fact that you were homeless. It will give them a certain image such as that that I see when I enter my clinic. I’m going to suggest removing  that part of your life from the social media marketing and let’s paint a picture that’s going to make people want to use your services and let’s paint a picture that makes it a reputable and valuable business and commodity that you can offer them. I hope you’re not offended by my advice as I just want to see you thrive and prosper !!
