It's evident that Viviane has put a lot of time and effort into perfecting these truffles, the quality is outstanding and they are not too sweet, which I love. They are definitely my go-to gift to send to family and friends. "

The Small Business Development Center business advisor and also the SCORE advisors visit my office twice a month. They meet with entrepreneurs and business owners looking for help with business plans, strategy, problem solving and the like and at no cost. I'll make an appointment myself just to pick their brain on ideas I have, to help me grow as a leader and talk through whatever I have going on at that particular time. Anyone thinking of opening a business or are already a business owner should take advantage of their local Chamber of Commerce - call to make an appointment with their business advisors, it's always free, you don't have to be a member of the chamber, and you will get some great advise from these seasoned folks that can really help your business grow and thrive!

(more) A little bias since we ARE a chamber of commerce, but definitely recommend joining your local chamber of commerce or any chambers where you currently or want to do business. All chambers offer tons of opportunity to connect with other businesses at community and business events. These connections can also be made at professional development programs to leads referral groups that many chambers offer. Another way to build your connections is to serve as a chamber volunteer. Not only will you develop strong professional relationships, but others will see your leadership skills as well. Remember, people do business with people they know! I also like to remind people to always consider sponsorship. This is a great way to get your business name out in front, and often chambers offer opportunities to sponsor events with traget groups you might want to reach (Women in Business, Yound Professionals, Entrepreneurs & Start-ups, etc.). Beyond the networking, your chamber membership will offer other marketing and promotional opportunities which will elevate you, your business and your brand. Remember,Ā  The Rule of Seven is an old marketing adage. It says that a prospect needs to see or hear your marketing message at leastĀ seven timesĀ before they take action and buy from you. Chamber membership gives you a better chance at hitting that magic number while helping you to build your network and sales funnel!Ā
